Villa Management and Maintenance Package

In November 2023 Dreammakers Samui began to concentrate on our new, limited and exclusive Villa Management and Maintenance Service package.

Several clients have already taken advantage of this service. The intention is, to maintain quality and attention to detail by limiting this offering to a maximum of 10 villas.

What’s included?

Twice a week check on the villa.
Water plants / garden.
Water check, Air-con check.
Replace, repair and attend to all minor issues ensuring villa is 100% presentable.
Ensure that laundry is available at all times.
Pool maintenance and clean arrange (cost extra).
Dispose of garbage when guests in villa.
Provide transportation to and from airport for 4 adults.
Provide handyman at labour cost only.
Organise air conditioning maintenance, labour cost only.
Arrange an occasional clean, at labour cost only.
Organise “in villa” traditional Thai massage 600 THB per hour.
Arrange pest control visits, semi annual.
