As we entered the quieter season indeed we experienced a much needed realism.
However exceptional Villas that had rented at 400,000 Thb found solid long term demand at 300,000. Prime Quality 3-4 Bed villas that had commanded 250,000 settled and rented long term at 175,000.
Luxury 2 Bed Ocean view still receiving interest circa 100,000.
As Direct flights from Hong Kong commence July 1st 2023 and temperatures soar in Dubai, we expect these valuations to hold.
The Sales market remains robust with Villas launched at correct pricing finding demand.
